Product Introduction

  • It is a 100% fermented product made by micro-organism.
  • It has excellent palatability with its good smell and taste.
  • As it stabilizes the intestine micro-organism flora, it is well absorbed after digestion. This leads to improvement of fodder efficiency as it has no weak points.
  • The excreta condition is good, and as it is fermented well due to its small quantity, it is also excellent for preventing bad smells.
  • Since it reduces gas generation, it is able to prevent respiratory diseases.
  • It improves immunity by removing and suppressing carbon dioxide, ammonia gas, and hydrogen sulphide gas inside the henhouses, which affect the blood cells.

Improvement of fodder efficiency

The fodder intake amount is increased dramatically by the third day of feeding. The fodder is strictly disintegrated by organic acid, etc. among metabolites generated during fermentation process of micro-organism, and it evenly absorbs various types of nutrition by revitalization of effective micro-organism inside small intestine. Therefore, it is able to prevent the fodder being weakened.

Increase in spawning rate

When raising its peak, it is important to check up to where it can be reached. It is largely beneficial if the spawning rate can be improved by at least 3% compared to the existing one. As it has an abundant amount of various types of immunity substances and mineral nutrition, etc., which can be obtained from fermentation of micro-organism, it leads to improvement of immunity system, thereby becoming a factor to allow the livestock to steadily survive without getting exhausted.

Improvement of quality

As the product’s quality is improved due to enhancement of ovalness, egg shell, and egg color, it certainly allows you to resolve the stress you may feel at the time of delivery. The egg quality can be improved as it well disintegrates the fodder with its excellent disintegration capability, and allows stabilized intestine to evenly and sufficiently absorb various types of nutrition.

Extension of spawning period

Although the spawning period usually depends on 80 to 90 weeks in average, the economic benefit would be enormous if an additional period of at least 20 to 30 weeks is applied. One of our customers actually maintains the spawning period up to 130 weeks. This is determined to be based on stabilized immunity system by various immunity substances.

Reduction of mortality rate

Reduction of mortality rate is possible since it suppresses the generation of ammonia gas, hydrogen sulphide gas, etc. to prevent respiratory disease and improve the immunity based on immunity substances, thereby leading the livestock to have fine health conditions.

  • Each group had selected 1,185 female broilers of 70 weeks old, and mixed the product with the fodder of their basic daily intake amount before feeding.
  • In terms of average spawning rate, the district that used Spawning Cheonha showed 83.93%, which was substantially higher compared to practice district (82.81%), other company 1 (80.54%), and other company 2 (80.45%).
  • The spawning rate has been improved by 1.12% compared to that of practice district..
  • The shell strength has been improved by 30% compared to that of practice district.
  • In terms of the egg weight, all of them had indicated 60 g or higher. It was confirmed to correspond to standard sized egg. (the standard sized egg in Korea is equivalent to 60 – 67 g)
