Product Introduction

We’re introducing you the products
that contained FARMTEC’s technical power.

Pig’s Thoughts

is used for improving the pigs’ immunity as well as efficiency of the fodder.

A functional live bacteria compound for immunity improvement

  • Immunity improvement
  • Fodder availability improvement
  • Increase in body absorption rate and availability rate
  • Increase in beneficial intestinal bacteria

Product Introduction

  • Pig’s Thoughts is a functional live bacteria compound with the major purpose for achieving immunity improvement.
  • By adding ionized minerals extracted from nature with the optimum mixing proportion, it is easily absorbed in bodies, and it guides maximization of the pig’s growth and development.
  • As the oligosaccharides’ aromatic smell and sweet taste stimulate our senses of taste and smell, it has a quite excellent palatability.

Product Components

Name Content
Rice Bran 40%
Dried Distiller’s Grains with Solubles 30%
Bacillus subtilis 20%
Lactobacillus acidophilus 5%
Cultured enzyme 5%

* Guaranteed component : Bacillus subtilis of 1.0 x 106 cfu/g or higher

Product Advantages

The rate of profit may be increased through improvement of immunity and fodder efficiency.
As it reduces the fodder cost, which takes the largest proportion among the production costs of pigs, it reduces production costs as well as improves its productivity, thereby increasing the farms’ competitiveness.

  • Immunity improvement

  • Fodder efficiency

  • Productivity improvement

  • Improvement of rate of profit

  • Increased competitiveness

Environmental Improvement Effects

  • Solution for cause of civil complaint occurrence

Since these are excreta formed by the perfect absorption rate after digestion, it reduces generation of bad smell.

  • Reduction of storage period

If it is moved to a liquefied fertilizing storage tank, its storage period may be reduced due to its fast fermentation process.

  • Leavening agents not used

As it is decayed easily, it is not necessary to use a separate leavening agent.

  • Maximization of farmers’ income

A well-fermented liquefied fertilizer contributes to maximization of farmers’ income as it is a fine-quality organic manure, which has no bad smell and creates no excessive fodder phenomenon.

  • Minimization of harmful insect generation

Number of harmful insects is rapidly reduced. Due to dominant proliferation of effective micro-organisms, it has an excellent pathogen breeding suppression capacity.

  • Excellent preventive effect

As the sludges are disintegrated and well removed during pumping process, it may deviate from ammonia gas disorder coming from beneath.

Product Efficacy

Weight Increase

Breeding phase Use quantity
Sow 3~4 kg/ton
Weaning pig 3KG/ton
Growing pig, porker 3~4KG/ton

When feeding to weaning pigs

Developing the intestine bacterial flora at young age would allow the villous tissues to be developed and grown well. In particular, the intestine plays the most significant role in immunity system.
Due to its high fodder availability, the weaning weight is largely improved.

When feeding to sows

  • If immunity function is improved by in-body mineral supplies, it largely affects improvement of milking quantity and conception rate. (this can be known by checking the sow’s fur when feeding.)
  • It also largely affects immunity condition or weight of suckling piglets. (number of atrophic piglets is rapidly decreased.)
  • As the milking quantity of the sows is dramatically increased, the piglets are healthy, and all within-litter and weaning PSY are improved.

When feeding growing and finishing pigs

  • The fodder demand level is largely improved due to increase in fodder availability, and it also helps reducing the fodder costs.
  • The pen’s circulation rate is improved due to reduction of fattening period.
  • Bad smell inside the pens is largely resolved.

Product Effects

  • Grassland’s new green farm (China)
  • Assessment is carried for each 100 pigs from control group and test group.
* Drag the graph horizontally.

Weight increase

Group Average weight (kg) Average weight (kg) after 33 days Net weight (kg)
Control group 7.465 14.93 7.465
Test group 7.225 15.59 8.365
The weight has been increased by 12.05%.

Fodder demand level

Group Average weight (kg) Average weight (kg) after 33 days Total weight of fodder (kg) Fodder demand level
Control group 746.5 1493 1147 1.537
Test group 722.5 1559 1213 1.450
The test group had the fodder demand level of 0.087 lower than that of control group.

Changes in runt pigs

Group Number of runt pigs The pig’s weight on 25th (kg) Number of pigs survived The pig’s weight on 57th day (kg) Average increase in weight (kg) Number of dead pigs Mortality rate (%)
Control group 746.5 14.93 7.465 Control group 7.465 14.93 7.465
Test group 722.5 15.59 8.365 Test group 7.225 15.59 8.365

* It increases the immunity by removing carbon dioxide, ammonia gas, and hydrogen sulphide gas inside the pens, which affect the blood cells.
